What's in it for you? + **$60,000 - $80,000** + **Shift M-F Onsite 8am-5pm** + Paid training + Full time hours + Clean and safe work environment + **Opportunity for growth** What will you be doing? + Process and manage payroll in a timely and accurate manner + Prepare and file payroll tax returns in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations + Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks + Assist with general accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting + Support billing functions and invoicing processes (experience a plus) + Ensure accuracy and completeness in all financial documentation and reporting + Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations What do you bring? + 3–5 years of accounting experience + Proficiency with QuickBooks + Experience with payroll processing and payroll tax filings + Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy + Strong organizational and time management skills + Billing experience a plus + College degree in Accounting or a related field **strongly preferred** Are you Interested?
