Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.\nPrepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.\nAssist in the accounting and reporting of capital assets, leases, and construction projects.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, IT, and Lease Administration teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.\nSupport internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to audit inquiries.\nAnalyze complex transactions and provide guidance on appropriate accounting treatment.\nParticipate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.\nMentor junior accounting staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $50.48/hr.
