Responsabilités principales :
+ Gérer les processus de comptes fournisseurs et clients.
+ Tenir à jour et rapprocher le grand livre général.
+ Superviser les procédures liées à l’inventaire et à la comptabilité des coûts.
+ Assurer une reconnaissance précise des revenus conformément aux normes comptables.
+ Préparer et analyser les états financiers mensuels.
+ Participer à l’élaboration des budgets et des prévisions financières.
+ Soutenir les audits internes et externes.
+ Veiller à la conformité fiscale et contribuer aux déclarations fiscales.
+ Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations des processus financiers.
Compétences clés :
+ Comptabilité générale, clôture mensuelle, écritures de journal.
+ Maîtrise des tableaux croisés dynamiques Excel.
+ Transactions intercompagnies et consolidations.
Qualifications requises :
+ Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe.
+ 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en comptabilité générale.
+ Solide compréhension des normes GAAP et des rapports financiers.
+ Maîtrise des logiciels comptables (ex. : SAP, QuickBooks).
+ Compétences avancées en Excel.
+ Excellente attention aux détails et sens de l’organisation.
+ Bonnes aptitudes en communication et en résolution de problèmes.
+ Titre CPA ou en voie d’obtention (atout).
📄 Job Description – Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
+ Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
+ Oversee inventory and cost accounting procedures.
+ Ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with accounting standards.
+ Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
+ Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
+ Support internal and external audit processes.
+ Ensure tax compliance and assist with tax filings.
+ Identify and implement improvements in financial operations.
Core Skills:
+ General accounting, month-end close, journal entries.
+ Proficiency with Excel pivot tables.
+ Intercompany transactions and financial consolidations.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
+ 2–5 years of experience in general accounting.
+ Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
+ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
+ CPA designation or progress toward certification is an asset.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
