ResponsibilitiesAnalyze accounts receivable by diving into customer payments and posting cash receipts.Ensure accuracy and consistency in bank and general ledger reconciliations.Manage supplier relationships by setting up new suppliers and handling amendments.Efficiently process invoices by coding costs and managing approvals.Oversee and respond to daily communications in the accounts inbox.Create and manage payment requisitions.Prepare accruals, prepaids, and manage fixed assets during month-end tasks.Perform balance sheet and supplier statement reconciliations.Accurately post month-end journals.Essential Skills5+ years of experience within AccountingBachelor's Degree within AccountingProficiency in accounting and Microsoft Excel.Strong skills in reconciliation, IFRS, and month-end processes.Experience with fixed asset management, accruals, and balance sheets.Competency in general ledger and bank reconciliation.Additional Skills & QualificationsA keen eye for process improvement.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and prioritization abilities.Experience in reconciliation using Blackline.SAP ERP experience.Ability to generate insightful Power BI reports.Strong financial reporting and journal entry skills.Experience with accounts payable/receivable.Proficiency in PowerPoint.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.86/hr.
