Position Summary

Responsible for managing the company’s tax compliance and reporting obligations across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all filings. Additionally supports the Accounting & Finance team through reconciliations, accruals, and fiscal adjustments; engages with tax authorities on audits and inquiries; and drives process improvements to strengthen governance and minimize tax risks.

Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations, accurate reporting, and effective communication with tax authorities and internal stakeholders.

The key responsibilities include:

Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations (monthly, quarterly, and annual filings)Prepare and submit withholding tax reports (Articles 22, 23, 4, and 25)Manage VAT reporting, restitution, and reconciliation with accounting recordsHandle corporate income tax calculations and reportingRespond to tax authority inquiries (SP2DK) and manage auditsMaintain documentation and provide tax slips to vendors and employeesPrepare government-related reports (SIINAS, LKPM, BPS, Bank Indonesia)Support finance team with reconciliations, accruals, provisions and documentation
What we are looking for

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or TaxationProfessional certification (Brevet A & B, or equivalent) is a must.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

 

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and international tax principles.Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate tax or accountingProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience in accounting software: SAGE ACCPAC and SAP will be a plus pointAbility to work on own initiative and ideally having experience working with cross functional teamsStrong personality and good interpersonal skillsGood communication and can work within a team
