Description + This individual will be a relationship builder, who will bond with new and existing customers. + Successful candidate will follow their sales order from initiation to shipment, resolving any issues that may develop. + Experience quoting directly to customers and independently managing customer accounts. + Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks effectively. + Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. + Proficient computer skills; experience with quoting or CRM software is a plus. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external customers. + At least two years of experience in sales within the aerospace, metals, or related industry (New college graduates will be considered). + Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. + Understanding basic manufacturing processes and customer requirements. + Experience with ERP and CRM systems for managing sales and customer data.
