Our client, **Acushnet Company** —a global leader in golf equipment and apparel—is hiring **Custom Account Representatives** and **Account Representatives (Golf Focused)** . These hybrid positions support custom order processing and sales operations. If you're customer-focused, organized, and either experienced in apparel or passionate about golf, we want to hear from you! **Job Title:** Custom Account Representative & Account Representative (Golf Focused) **Location:** Hybrid – Fairhaven, MA **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM **Pay Range:** $22.00 – $25.00 per hour **What’s the Job?** **Custom Account Representative** This role focuses on custom orders for products such as outerwear, socks, gloves, and shoes. You'll ensure accuracy across customer details, logos, and deadlines. + Process and adjust custom product orders + Communicate with customers and sales reps regarding order status and availability + Coordinate logo placement, application fees, and thread color matching + Maintain accurate logo and customer history in internal systems + Handle rush orders and collaborate across departments to meet timelines **Account Representative (Golf Focused)** This role requires hands-on knowledge of the golf industry. You'll support customized golf product orders and act as a key liaison between sales reps, designers, and operations. + Enter and manage custom golf product orders from start to finish + Ensure all artwork and logo details are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines + Coordinate with designers, operations, and vendors for approvals and fulfillment + Identify and report unusual customer trends or order patterns + Assist with training new team members as needed **What’s Needed?** + High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred + ​​​​​​​2–3 years of customer service experience + Experience with custom or embroidered apparel strongly preferred + **Golf experience is required** for the Account Representative (Golf Focused) role + Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills + Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, hybrid environment **What’s in it for Me?** + Weekly pay through Manpower + ​​​​​​​Hybrid work schedule + Opportunity to work with a leading global golf brand + On-the-job training and professional growth + Be part of a collaborative and high-performing team **Interested?
