You'll ensure accuracy across customer details, logos, and deadlines. + Process and adjust custom product orders + Communicate with customers and sales reps regarding order status and availability + Coordinate logo placement, application fees, and thread color matching + Maintain accurate logo and customer history in internal systems + Handle rush orders and collaborate across departments to meet timelines **Account Representative (Golf Focused)** This role requires hands-on knowledge of the golf industry.
