Account Manager - South Texas

OVERVIEW
Responsible for the Sales and Servicing of Safariland products to regional distributors, and end user accounts in the South Texas Territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent organization, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Excellent financial and analytical skills Demonstrated experience with CRM systems a plus Ability to lead teams and work effectively as a team member Ability to effectively work with all levels of the organization Knowledge of distributor networks and contract bids processes Advanced Microsoft Office Suite required in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, MapPoint, SharePoint & Word
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Business, or related field preferred Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60% 2+ years Sales or related experience OR 5+ years of Law Enforcement experience, especially with responsibilities evaluating and procuring equipment Must reside within the South Texas Territory
