**About the role**
Join our Phenol & Co Product Business Unit, a vital part of the global Coatis GBU, headquartered right here in Brazil. From our Paulínia Site, we proudly produce 100% of our products for a global market. Our lean, six-person worldwide team thrives on close collaboration with Strategic Marketing, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Industrial, Finance, Legal, and Government Relations. + As an Account Manager, you'll step into a collaborative, transparent, and secure environment. This role offers an incredible opportunity to cultivate strong relationships within the fast-paced and dynamic petrochemical market, playing a key part in our ambitious business growth and ongoing company transformation. + You will be accountable for:
+ Develop and execute accounts plans, including forecasts. Develop forecasts at the appropriate level of accuracy to enable inventory management, financial performance, and service level achievement at customers.
+ Deploy Sales Excellence methodologies and tools
+ Maintain updated information about the customers and competitors within the assigned perimeter and provide regular local marketing information to the Business Director and Marketing team.
+ Develop and manage a Phenol and P&I customer portfolio in Brazil.
+ Develop and manage Co-products customer portfolio and product allocation on worldwide basis
+ Plan and lead contract negotiations and close deals. Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage proactively pricing targets
+ We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid and travel working mode.
About you
+ Relevant education degree or equivalent in engineering, chemical or business (administration or economy).
+ Relevant work experience in the chemical industry with minumium 5 years of sales experience in the chemical environment.
+ Proven experience in managing key accounts and contracts
+ Experience in foreign trade
+ Fully available for travel

+ Excellent communications skills in portuguese and english (written and speaking), spanish would be considered as a plus

**About the pay**
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:
+ $R171200-$R214000peryearin Brazil
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
