Our client, an industrial supply company is seeking an **Industrial Sales Account Manager** to join their growing team. As an Industrial Sales Account Manager, you will be part of the Sales Team supporting company growth and client needs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 2-5 years of industrial sales experience, stellar customer service and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location: Fresno, CA**
**Pay Rate: $70K - $100K base + quarterly bonuses, great benefits, and amazing company culture!**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Manage a defined sales territory and achieve or exceed sales and profitability targets.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with current customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
+ Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
+ Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
+ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience in industrial sales or technical sales accepted.
+ Minimum of 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the industrial gas, welding, or manufacturing sectors.
+ Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with industrial products, gases, and welding processes.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
