As a Client Onboarding and Implementation Associate I within the Payments Investigations Function, you will manage the day-to-day operations, focusing on developing relationships with clients and their suppliers. You will handle inquiries, resolve complex merchant issues, ensure compliance with procedures and policies, and support client suppliers in engaging with card and e-payable acceptance.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain various trackers and logs for metrics generation.Escalate internal and external findings to stakeholders promptly.Lead and participate in process improvements and re-engineering initiatives.Research and remediate processing errors to resolve and prevent funding delays.Facilitates root cause error identification and coordinates with the Error Review team to obtain final approvalsIdentify trends through data and behaviors to drive efficiencies.Address escalations in a timely manner.Represent the team in various forums.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
