Account Manager / Customer Service
Job Title: Account ManagerJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to effectively utilize software systems to manage parts quoting, order new parts, and ensure everything is prepared for the job. This role requires assisting Service Technicians with daily issues, including parts orders and directions, while ensuring there is no overlap with other technicians. The position primarily involves data entry, managing the front desk, and coordinating with the internal team on scheduling. Responsibilities + Manage parts quoting and order new parts using software systems. + Assist Service Technicians with daily issues and ensure proper coordination. + Handle data entry tasks and manage front desk operations. + Coordinate with the internal team regarding scheduling and dates. + Respond to 10 to 15 customer calls per day. Essential Skills + Experience in administrative support. + 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, manufacturing, or construction. Work Environment The role is based in a newly renovated office located in Brooklyn Park. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
