ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES + Assists with the assembly of contracts, renewal documents, and Client Service Instructions. + Assists with the development of Stewardship reports. + Provides ancillary support based on client or departmental needs. + Participates in client meetings. + Day to day client interaction + Provides oversight of handling adjusters + Responsible to ensure reserves, coding and reporting is up to date + Complete file reviews, internal and client driven ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES + Performs other duties as assigned. + Supports the organization's quality program(s). QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing + Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major in Risk Management, Business Administration or Finance preferred. + Applicable Adjuster Licensing Experience + Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include five (5) years of adjuster experience. Skills & Knowledge + Basic knowledge of insurance, casualty claims or business management + Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills + PC literate, including Microsoft Office products and Excel, PowerPoint + Analytical and interpretive skills + Strong organizational skills + Excellent interpersonal skills + Excellent negotiation skills + Ability to work in a team environment + Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies **Job type:** We are currently hiring for this position **Compensation Information:** **Salary Range** : $55,000 - $75,000 annually Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
