What You'll Do: Provide high‑quality agronomic and technical advice to growers across the region. Drive product sales both in‑store and on‑farm. Build and maintain long‑term, trusted relationships with existing customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through superior agronomic insight and service. Develop a deep understanding of each client’s operation, goals and seasonal requirements. Share relevant technical, seasonal and market insights to improve farm productivity and sustainability. Stay current with latest plant production practices and agronomic innovations. Stay up to date with late digital tools and use them to ensure the best outcomes for your growers. Coordinate and participate in field days, trials and farmer meetings, positioning yourself as a local subject‑matter expert. Act as a go‑to agronomy advisor for cotton and broadacre inputs in the region. What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a trusted advisor in an agronomy‑focused role. Ability to work in a team. Strong understanding of agronomic products, seasonal timing and grower requirements. Demonstrated capability in sales planning, call cycle management and customer growth. Excellent customer service, organisational and administrative skills. Confident written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high‑performing team. Experience in agronomic advisory roles relating to agricultural chemicals and fertiliser. Knowledge of horticultural agronomy (highly regarded, but not essential). A tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science (or related discipline). A current driver’s licence. What You'll Get: Company vehicle for work‑related travel.
