Tasks and responsibilities:

Customer Portfolio Management:

Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term successDevelop positive relationships with clientsAct as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs and requestsRespond to the customers’ queries in a timely mannerWork to satisfy customers’ needs and requestsResolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers

Business development:

Generate new business in line with strategy of the company by using existing and potential customer networksSupport the Marketing Team in external communicationParticipate to external events

Sales administration:

Take care of good registration and encoding within CRMReport on the status of accounts and transactionsSet and track sales account targets, aligned with company strategy and objectivesMonitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Security

Knowledge of company information security policies, privacy rules and proceduresAbility to identify and report suspicious behavior or phishing or social engineering attemptsKnowledge of security practices for managing sensitive and personal information
