We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team, based in Geneva or Zurich.
As an Account Manager with the world’s leading health and security services company you will help organisations fulfil their duty of care responsibilities to ensure that their employees are protected from health and security threats wherever they are in the world.
Key responsibilities Managing a predefined list of existing accounts to ensure 100% renewal is achieved and service utilisation is enhancedCross selling and up selling the range of products and services available to clientsGenerating proposals, pricing, and contract negotiation across all medical and security service solutions for assigned clientsWorking closely with the Sales and Marketing Department to ensure smooth, efficient client renewal processes, new customer onboarding as well as routine account reviews and reportingInvestigating and preparing responses to customer complaints and quality assurance eventsDeveloping cross border sales through proactive cooperation with other International SOS regionsAbout you Previous experience as an Account Manager in a professional services environmentExperience of selling in a global b2b sales environmentA natural networker and a team playerAn excellent communicator and customer advocateA passion for research and finding solutions Excellent numeric, written, and commercial negotiation skillsExceptional organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous clients simultaneouslyFluent in English and French or GermanBenefits Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageFlexible working environmentAn opportunity to thrive in a global environmentWarm, supportive, and open company cultureOption to be based in either Geneva or Zurich, according to preference#LI-Hybrid
