Sage is seeking a motivated, customer‑focused professional to manage and grow existing client relationships for our Sage HRMS product. In this role, you’ll be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals by driving renewals, expanding account usage through add‑on sales and upgrades, and supporting customer transitions to Sage cloud solutions—all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As an Account Manager, you will use a consultative, value‑driven approach to strengthen product adoption, increase utilization, and identify opportunities for renewals, cross‑selling, and connected services. You’ll also bring a customer‑success mindset to every interaction, helping guide customers through key renewal touchpoints. This includes monitoring customer and partner performance and collaborating across the organization to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.
