The Account Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics collaborates in the preparation of automation projects, is responsible for commissioning of technology and introduction into routine practice (setup, application, customer training, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting) after installation of laboratory automation products including analyzers at customer site, in accordance with customer contracts.
This position and will be fully remote with scope for entire territory of Croatia.

You will be a part of the Sales and Application Team and report to the Area Sales Manager, responsible for managing opportunities, projects, installation and maintenance of Beckman Coulter products in Croatia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Serve as the on-site and virtual product expert, demonstrating deep knowledge of Beckman Coulter’s solutions to guide customers in selecting the right technologies for their laboratory needs.
+ Deliver consultative support to customers, helping them optimize their laboratory operations through expert insights, product guidance, and impactful recommendations.
+ Identify and develop new business opportunities, actively expanding customer relationships and driving sustainable growth across the Croatian market.
+ Drive adoption of automated solutions, supporting customers in transitioning to new workflows that enhance efficiency, productivity, and clinical outcomes.
+ Design and implement value‑driven workflow solutions, tailoring Beckman Coulter offerings to customer requirements to strengthen operational performance and decision-making.
+ Provide dedicated on-site presence during solution implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and delivering high-quality support throughout the adoption phase.
+ Monitor key commercial and operational indicators, such as supply levels and instrument utilization, to sustain customer satisfaction, identify business opportunities, and support long-term customer partnerships.
You will be successful in this role if you bring:
+ Master’s degree in Clinical Chemistry, Biomedicine, Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology
+ Strong understanding of the IVD market and laboratory workflows, enabling you to act as a credible product and workflow advisor to hospitals and laboratories.
+ Proven ability to build and expand customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving commercial growth across the Croatian diagnostics market.
+ Experience supporting complex solution implementations, ensuring smooth transitions, high adoption, and strong customer satisfaction throughout the automation journey.
+ Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, with fluency in Croatian and English, allowing you to translate customer needs into tailored workflow and product solutions.
+ A proactive, self-driven mindset with flexibility to travel extensively across Croatia, ideally complemented by knowledge of tender processes and a collaborative approach within the Sales & Application Team.
It would be a plus if you also possess:
+ 3+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory, experience with laboratory automation is an advantage
