The Role

The Role

Responsible for maintaining and growing the Fisher & Paykel and DCS premium appliances for the assigned accounts. Will work independently as a member of the Canadian Sales team and establish strong partnership with internal stakeholders (Sales Support, Marketing, Product Management and Finance).

Responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships with Fisher & Paykel dealers.

You Will

Plans how to establish and maintain major account relationships and achieve sales targets within the full line of products or combination of products for the assigned territoryEstablishes and builds strong client relationships, regularly calling on, selling to, and training Company dealersDelivers marketing and communication support to the key accountsParticipates with sales management team to develop the strategic business planMonitors competitor activity in each account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicatedExpand and strengthen our retail distribution and management of local dealer incentivesDrive to achieve Company strategic objectives through delivering budgeted revenue and margin targetsAdditional administrative responsibilities include timely submission of spiffs, expenses, mileage claims and dealer claims

You Have:

Minimum of 2 years previous sales experienceUniversity degree or directly transferrable industry experienceBackground in design is highly desirableAbility to work weekends or evening events as neededExcellent Presentation skillsComprehensive brand strategy and marketing knowledgeComprehensive Architect/Design knowledgeStrong business acumenStrong Customer focusEffective communication skillsAbility to negotiateValid Driver License and full-time access to vehicle

The expected base salary/pay range for this role is $ 84,000 - $ 110,000. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidates experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits in accordance with our company policy.
