**Account Manager – Direct Hire in York** **Hybrid Role - $60K starting Salary** **Manpower has partnered with a highly successful graphics services company that has been thriving in York since the 1950’s, with hiring an Account Manager! The Account Manager is the primary contact for publishing clients, managing sales updates, marketing coordination, and client expectations. This role requires strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills in a dynamic environment.** **Key Responsibilities** + **Act as main point-of-contact for assigned accounts.** + **Coordinate start-up activities, meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.** + **Manage client assets, schedules, and marketing plans with internal teams.** + **Provide monthly reports, forecasts, and account analysis.** + **Develop marketing collateral and communicate needs to Marketing and Production.** + **Lead client strategy meetings and determine products/pricing.** + **Monitor compliance and manage sales agreements.** + **Maintain Salesforce dashboards and contract records.** + **Support research, proposals, RFPs, and industry events.** + **Process and invoice orders; ensure SOC 2 compliance.** + **Perform other duties as assigned.** **Schedule & Location** + **Full-time, salaried ($60K)** + **Hybrid: 2 days in-office (York, PA), 3 days remote; all Wednesdays onsite.** + **Additional onsite weeks: Feb, Apr, Jul, Oct, Dec.** Are you Interested?
