Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to act as the lead point of contact for all customer-related matters. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our valued customers.

ResponsibilitiesServe as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives.Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Forecast and track key account metrics.Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsProven sales and customer service experience.Expertise in account management and data entry.Strong administrative support skills.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Work Environment

This position is onsite in Tukwila, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tukwila, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
