Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance requirements across multiple government project offices and major private contractors within the defence sector.Take full ownership of planning, task management, and client relationship building, collaborating closely with internal Marsh teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.Manage policy administration, renewals, invoicing, and detailed reporting in accordance with government and commercial standards.Ensure compliance with NV1 security clearance requirements and adhere to all security protocols and confidentiality mandates.Navigate government processes and commercial expectations to enhance client satisfaction and retention.Support large construction and liability insurance programs, including Lloyd’s market processes such as slips, endorsements, and invoicing.Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation, leveraging MS Office tools, with Excel skills preferred.Operate Marsh’s internal systems and government defence platforms to manage data and service delivery efficiently.What you need to have:
Client-facing professional with excellent organisational skills and a strong sense of ownership.Defence sector experience preferred; insurance knowledge is advantageous but not essential.Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and discretion in a high-pressure environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.Willingness to obtain and maintain NV1 security clearance.Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.What makes you stand out:
