As Account Manager for Amazon Pickup & Return Points (PARP), you will own and expand our alternative delivery network across major retail, property management, and transportation partners. You'll drive executive-level partnerships that directly impact millions of customers' delivery experiences while shaping the strategic growth of our pickup network across your France.
Key job responsibilities
- Own executive-level relationships with C-level stakeholders across partner organizations
- Lead contract negotiations including commercial terms and service level agreements
- Conduct market analysis and forecasting to inform network expansion strategy
- Drive network development, optimization, and performance reviews across all pickup locations
- Work cross-functionally with Tech Ops, Accounting, Marketing, Legal, and Product Management teams

You'll spend your time building and maintaining relationships with C-level stakeholders at partner organizations, leading complex contract negotiations that balance commercial terms with operational excellence. Your day involves analyzing market data to identify expansion opportunities, conducting performance reviews with existing partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams from Tech Ops to Legal to launch new locations. You'll also work directly with partners on marketing campaigns that drive customer awareness and usage of pickup points.
