Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services (GOS) team is seeking a meticulous and proactive Account Management Specialist to ensure the integrity and accuracy of lease data for international occupier clients. This role is essential in delivering high-quality operational and financial portfolio management through expert data handling, client coordination, and continuous process improvement.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

Record and maintain complete, accurate, and consistent lease data

Abstract real estate leases and related documents for critical financial and operational information

Compare legal documents with system data to ensure alignment and compliance

Adhere to all internal and client-specific data quality controls and processes

Deliver contracted service levels and support performance metrics

Manage personal workload efficiently and assist teammates as needed

Participate in team backup systems and onboarding of new joiners

Maintain and update business-as-usual (BAU) process documentation

Support client communication and reporting with minimal oversight

Contribute to contract performance reporting (KPIs) and identify service delivery improvements

Investigate and resolve data anomalies and proactively manage data risks

Ensure timely and accurate account billing

Service Coordination

Assist senior specialists in daily workload allocation

Coordinate service delivery tasks across the team

Documentation

Store all data-related documentation on Shared Drives or SharePoint in accordance with process guidelines

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BSc/MSc) required

Minimum 2 years of experience in data processing or real estate operations in an international environment

Language Skills

Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory)

Knowledge of another European language is an advantage

Required Skills

Strong IT literacy and intermediate MS Office proficiency

Familiarity with client technology platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

High work ethic and adaptability during change

Effective prioritization in high-pressure environments

Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

Independent mindset with responsible decision-making
