Key job responsibilities

- Analyze market trends and seller performance data to identify expansion opportunities
- Communicate complex business propositions effectively to sellers from various backgrounds

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management
- B2 level German Language Certification
- Proficiency in English and German communication
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- C1 German Language Certification
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketplace platforms
- Advanced degree in Business Administration Multilingual capabilities
- Previous experience working with international business ecosystems
