Core Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with internal processes and data quality controls

Deliver contracted service levels and support client performance metrics

Read and abstract real estate leases and related documents

Maintain and update property databases

Manage own workload efficiently and support team members as needed

Participate in team backup systems and process documentation updates

Liaise directly with clients to handle lease amendments, resolve queries, and support reporting

Drive contract performance reporting (KPIs) for quarterly business reviews

Identify and resolve data anomalies, ensuring accuracy and risk awareness

Ensure timely and accurate account billing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BSc/MSc) required

Minimum 1 year of experience in data processing or real estate operations in an international environment

Language Skills

English: Upper-intermediate proficiency (mandatory)

Additional European language: Advantageous

Required Skills

Strong IT literacy and intermediate MS Office proficiency

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

High work ethic and adaptability during change

Effective task prioritization in high-pressure settings

Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
