Daily and other BAU tasks to deliver:
Reading real estate leases and associated documents to record information regarding payments, critical dates, and responsibilities or comparing legal documents and/or abstraction form with the abstracted data or the lease data recorded in the system as per process documentationMaintenance of property databasesEfficient management of own workload and ability to support other teammates in their workloadManaging and being part of the back-up system within the teamSupporting the maintenance of BAU process documents relating their jobIn an account management role, liaising directly with the client to respond to new lease or amendment requests, flagging / resolving queries and supporting reporting requirementsDriving contract performance reporting (KPIs) as part of client quarterly business review cycleChallenging anomalies / nuances in the data and proactively following up to resolve data issues.
