Account Lead - Algeria Center Region

The Account Lead plays a pivotal role in driving Takeda's growth and success within the Genetic Diseases and Immunology sectors. This position requires a deep understanding of genetic diseases, immunology, and the complexities of the hospital setting. By aligning business needs with strategic priorities, Account Lead ensures impactful customer engagement and operational excellence.

The role is crucial for identifying growth opportunities and supporting product launches, all while maintaining compliance and preserving Takeda's reputation. The Account Lead is responsible for managing operations with a focus on measured risk-taking, ensuring that all actions align with the company's strategic goals. By fulfilling this role, the Account Lead directly contributes to Takeda's market leadership and sustainable growth, leveraging their expertise to meet and exceed business objectives.

OBJECTIVES:

Customer Partnership: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with customers through regular communication and a deep understanding of their needs. Address unmet needs with innovative solutions aligned with Takeda's PTRB values.Comprehensive Engagement: Develop and execute a holistic customer engagement strategy, ensuring thorough follow-up and measurement of satisfaction through defined KPIs.Account Growth: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within each account by mastering the customer journey and understanding their business objectives.Ethical Business Practices: Leverage market insights and new opportunities to strengthen market leadership, while adhering to business ethics and compliance.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Tailored Account Plans: Craft customized account strategies that align with local guidance and approved business strategies, enhancing Takeda’s GDs and Immunology brand presence.Disease and Market Expertise: Build expertise in Genetic disease knowledge, brand positioning, competitor analysis, and patient journey mapping for each account.KOL Management: Foster effective communication with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to ensure high engagement through a multichannel, customer-centric approach.Team Collaboration: Serve as the pivotal coordinator with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tactical plans and project delivery, adhering to strategic and financial guidelines.Performance Metrics: Achieve performance targets such as revenue goals, customer satisfaction scores, and project timelines.Data-Driven Insights: Enhance analytical capabilities to drive account growth and improve diagnosis capabilities, ensuring compliance with business ethics.Leadership and Role Model: Exemplify Takeda’s code of conduct and PTRB principles both internally and externally.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in health sciences (Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry).Minimum of 2 years of experience required; experience in GDs and immunology is advantageous.Proven ability to quickly acquire in-depth understanding of GDs & immunology therapy areas.Proven expertise in Hospital setting.Proficient in oral and written communication in French and Arabic; English is an asset.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to travel across the national territory.
