Your Impact

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving Cisco’s business across mmid-market private and government sectors​ in Kuwait, owning the full sales lifecycle from strategy to close.

You will:

Lead end-to-end sales cycles of moderate to high complexity across your portfolio, delivering consistent revenue growth.

Build and expand trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders across commercial and government organizations.

Develop account strategies that align Cisco’s solutions with customers’ business priorities, digital transformation goals, and regulatory environments.

Navigate and negotiate complex deals, positioning Cisco as a long-term strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor.

Identify new growth opportunities within existing and new accounts, expanding Cisco’s footprint and impact across Kuwait.

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience independently managing end-to-end sales cycles of moderate to high complexity.

Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop, and grow accounts across a defined territory or portfolio.

Strong experience engaging with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.

Track record of negotiating and closing commercial and public-sector deals based on value-driven selling.

Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines, forecasts, and account plans.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of the Kuwaiti market, including private sector, mid-market, and government procurement environments.

Experience selling technology or digital transformation solutions in highly competitive markets.

Proven consultative selling approach with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders and decision makers.

Analytical mindset to identify opportunities, optimize account strategies, and improve sales execution.

Ability to collaborate effectively with sales engineering, partners, marketing, and leadership to deliver complex customer solutions.
