This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary contact for clients, and ensuring their needs are met with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of key accounts, varying in activity level from 40 to 100+.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and troubleshooting.Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.Understand client needs and work with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.Present finalized quotes, proposals, and contracts to support the sales process.Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM documentation.Analyze customer trends to identify new opportunities.Provide feedback for product and service improvements.Resolve customer concerns, ensuring high standards of client satisfaction.Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.Experience in account management, sales, or business development.Proven track record of meeting goals.Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable owning a client pipeline.Ability to understand customer needs and propose effective solutions.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfortable learning technical or product-specific information.Professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.Work Environment
The role is onsite from Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm. It focuses on building relationships rather than cold calling, with support from Business Development representatives. The account executive position is customer-focused rather than sales-focused, with eligibility for a 5% commission on new business projects. The team is restructuring, adding new Account Executives and future support roles, and reports to a newer manager with strong drive and ambition.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.85 - $37.98/hr.
