Job Description
Account Executive on Partnership Success team to oversee execution of contractual deliverables for our clients' partners across venue network including but not limited to – marketing deliverables, in-venue signage, ticket requests, and on-site sponsor events. Account Executive will serve as client relationship lead our client's venue partners. Account Executive position entails administrative work such as – ticket requests, expense report, meeting scheduling and etc.

Skills and Requirements
-Execute contractual deliverables for partners including but not limited to onsite activations, tickets, marketing deliverables, and in-venue elements. Daily 25%
Collaborate with promoters, production departments, concessions teams and other personnel on the execution of each partners contractual deliverables – including coordination & management of all on-site activation elements. Daily 15%
Manage marketing materials and approvals for marketing assets. Collaborate with Marketing and Digital departments to ensure that sponsors vision is accurately represented. Daily 15%
Fulfill ticket requests from clients via venue ticketing teams and track each client’s usage of ticket allotments. Daily 15%
Maintain good working relationships with AEG Presents sponsors to ensure execution of benefits and renewed investments. Daily 10%
Administrative duties- ticket requests, expense reports, meeting scheduling, upkeep on all tracking documents, and provide recap reports. Daily 10%
Provide clients with detailed reports outlining how their partnership deliverables were executed and the benefits gained for renewal pitches. Daily 5%
Collaborate with colleagues on new ideas for partnerships and innovative ways to incorporate brands into venues. Identify strategies and leads for new revenue streams.

-BA/BS Degree (4-year)
-2-4 years of experience
- Able to Travel 25% of the time to venues for client meetings and activations
-Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
-Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and cultivate relationships
-Highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and projects at once
-Must be able to work flexible hours, including: some nights, weekends and some holidays
-Ability to adapt easily under pressure
-Knowledge of music industry preferred
-Strong verbal & written communication skills
-Possess strong problem-solving skills
-Proactive and have the ability to work independently without the need for supervision
-Ability to manage multiple tasks
-Ability to handle minor lifting and load/unload merchandise
