We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Health and Benefits team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role, you will take ownership of providing expert consulting and strategic account planning to clients on all their group insurance arrangements, including implementation and ongoing maintenance. You’ll be part of a high-performing team where your contributions will directly influence client success and open doors for your career growth.
We will count on you to:
Deliver trusted Group Life and Salary continuance insurance consulting advice to a portfolio of Small to Medium corporate clients across AustraliaDrive the development and execution of new business opportunities within your portfolio, introducing products and services to expand client relationshipsCollaborate with diverse stakeholders across the business to expertly manage your client portfolioEnsure timely and accurate delivery of client transactions including invoices, policy documentation and renewal reportsBuild and nurture strong relationships with clients and insurers while championing innovation and continuous process improvementMaintain meticulous client records and uphold the highest standards of quality and complianceWhat you need to have:
Formal tertiary qualificationsPreferably RG146 qualification in risk management and superannuation (Tier 1 compliant)Proven experience in group life and salary continuance insurance within an insurance company, consultancy or broking environmentExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with clients and colleaguesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with client management systemsCommitment to ongoing professional development and compliance trainingWhat makes you stand out:
