About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated Account Executive who thrives in a hunter-driven environment and wants full ownership of a designated territory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, can create and manage their own pipeline, and is driven by meaningful financial upside tied directly to performance.
You’ll focus on building relationships, generating net-new opportunities, and closing new logos while delivering a consultative sales experience tailored to healthcare decision-makers. This role is not scripted or inbound-focused—success comes from proactive outreach, relationship building, and a strong solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Own net-new business development within an assigned territory, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close
Build and execute a targeted territory strategy focused on healthcare practices, clinics, and multi-location groups that align with the client’s ideal customer profile
Drive consistent outbound activity through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, trade shows, and strategic in-person engagement
Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand revenue cycle and operational needs, aligning the client’s staffing solutions to key pain points
Represent the client at regional and national industry events to build brand awareness and accelerate pipeline growth
Expand existing accounts through strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities that deepen long-term partnerships
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and activity tracking within the CRM while achieving monthly performance expectations

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of quota attainment and net-new business generation
Proven hunter mentality with the ability to self-generate pipeline and close new opportunities independently
Experience selling in a consultative, problem-solving environment
Strong discovery, communication, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, performance-driven role Compensation:
$80,000 to $110,000.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
