POSITION: ASSOCIATE /ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (TENANT ADVISORY GROUP) ROLE OVERVIEW: The Associate or Account Executive (Tenant Advisory Group- Office Leasing) will work closely with Senior consultants & Office Brokers to support clients with Office Leasing transactions. This role is designed for an enthusiastic individual eager to learn the intricacies of the real estate market, conduct in-depth research, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with strong communication and analytical skills, committed to delivering exceptional client service. RESPONSIBILITIES: ▪ Business Development & Lead Generation: Support business development efforts by engaging with potential clients & managing client databases (CRM). Support business development through research, lead generation and client outreach. ▪ Developer & Landlord Networking: Engage with Developers & Landlords to be updated with Commercial Office supply & assist the team with Option sheets, listings & database management ▪ Client Support and Communication: Assist the team with client deliverables, site visits, preparing presentations & marketing material, proposals and basic financial analyses. Conduct market research on rental trends, vacancy levels, and upcoming commercial supply. Provide administrative and analytical support during leasing transactions. ▪ Documentation Support: Review essential real estate documents, including Leave & License Agreements, leases and ensure smooth transaction closure. Assist in drafting LOIs, lease agreements, and other transaction documents. ▪ Operational Assistance: Provide general administrative support to the team, which may include scheduling meetings & interactions with landlords and clients. To maintain and update internal databases, trackers, and CRM systems. Liaise and collaborate with internal real estate service departments for seamless transaction execution and client deliverables. REQUIRED SKILLS: ▪ Strong research and analytical ability. ▪ Good communication and coordination skills. ▪ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic tech/CRM tools. ▪ Well-organized, planned, and structured in managing tasks and deadlines. ▪ Attention to detail for documentation and tracking. ▪ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. ▪ Professional demeanor with strong stakeholder management skills. ▪ Team-oriented and able to liaise across internal departments. ▪ Passion for real estate with a strong desire to learn and grow within the firm. ▪ Open to non-cognate backgrounds with willingness to upskill and adapt.
