Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new delivery program in your area. As an ADE - ID, you will recruit local businesses to become part of the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to visit prospective businesses, present the program, qualify applicants, guide them through the application process, and organize recruitment events. This role involves travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers commission incentives.
Responsibilities
+ Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
+ Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest.
+ Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process.
+ Lead activity and manage the pipeline using Salesforce.
+ Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings.
+ Collaborate with the Field Manager to work with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
+ Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to enhance the delivery experience in complex last-mile scenarios.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience.
+ Experience in outside/field sales.
+ CRM experience required; Salesforce preferred.
+ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
+ Proficiency in prospecting, outbound calls, and sales management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
+ Field sales experience is advantageous.
+ Prior experience in a role involving sales and/or negotiation with customers is beneficial.
+ Professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a high sense of urgency.
+ Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems for applicants in the field.
+ Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.
+ Ability to travel up to a four-hour round trip distance daily.
Work Environment
The role requires being in the field 4-5 days a week, with an 80/20 split between fieldwork and home-based follow-up or administrative tasks. Travel is required within a two-hour driving distance, with mileage reimbursement at 70 cents per mile. You will also receive compensation for your phone bill. This position offers the chance to build community partnerships with small businesses and engage in meaningful work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $25.50/hr.
