Account Executive

100% on-site role in office in Elk Grove, CA; no remote capabilities

 

Position Summary: 

The Account Executive is the primary interface that is responsible for the development of business relationships with current ALLDATA Collision customers. They will provide post-sales support to current ALLDATA Collision customers, identify and grow sales opportunities in assigned territories. Product development support, post sales relations, customer retention, sales skills, follow-up and action planning are key elements of this position.         

Position Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:

Onboard/Welcome and setup new customersBuilding strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customersContact customers to review their business and ensure customer loyalty/retentionTake ownership of customer issues and drives to resolution in a timely manner and keep track of all processes that pertain to customer requestsCollecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needsRenew existing subscriptionsIdentify sales opportunities to increase customer profitability and drive company revenueWork with other departments to deliver maximum customer retention, sales revenue and net sales profitActively participate in customer support call queue daily Train, educate, and consult customers on how to best use their ALLDATA productsAchieve daily and weekly key performance indicators to ensure maximum territory coverageMaintain availability within scheduled shift to be accessible to clients when neededOther duties as assigned

Position Requirements: 

High School graduate or GED certificate5 years’ account management or sales experienceAbility and willing to sell/upsell to existing customer experienceAbility to work collaboratively and build relationships within the ALLDATA Problem solving, organizational, and time management skillsStrong listening and communication skills Self-motivated/self-starter with strong work ethic Ability to maintain composure and professionalism with customers and colleagues Bi-lingual is a plusAutomotive knowledge is a plusProven ability to work independently Microsoft Office skills; especially ExcelMinimal domestic travel may be required (less than 10%)

The base salary for this position is $70,304 with the potential to earn up to $90,000 OTE. ALLDATA values and is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
