Your Opportunity: Print & Service Solutions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for an Account Executive to join their team in Bentonville, AR! In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a book of business.

Your Responsibilities: 

Accountable for attainment and growth of revenue – with a focus on exponential and incremental growth, respectivelyDevelop a market plan to create new opportunities and build the opportunity pipelineDevelop a client strategy collaboratively with Account Manager(s)Effective utilization of all resources, including but not limited to business development/marketing/general managers to build and deploy client strategiesEffectively close deals in both expansion/acquisition opportunitiesResponsible for understanding and being able to demo customer facing technology effectivelyEffective utilization and updates of SalesforceContinuous learningTeam collaboration/contribution Develop account plans by client to deepen relationships & expand into other solutionsEffectively navigate inside of Taylor’s Business Unit structure

You Must Have: 

Bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, with 5+ years of experience in business development or in a related sales area3+ years experience of selling various Taylor vertical solutions within enterprise and mid-market retail brandsA self-starter mentality and able to operate within an organization independentlyRelentless attitude towards growth – strong desire to champion double digit growthEffectiveness in building strategic relationships internally/externallyEntrepreneur attitude with relentless pursuit of new businessEffective client/market planning and consultative selling skillsAbility to create interest and open doors through multiple business development strategiesAbility to develop strategic relationships with clients and partnersAbility to understand client challenges/objectives and align capabilities to deliver a high value propositionAbility to make presentations, perform negotiations, and close businessEffective understanding of our sales processGeneral knowledge and use of SalesforceKnowledge of business in various vertical markets and your geographical location

We Would Prefer:

Prior experience selling industrial labelsBilingual skills (Spanish)

Location Requirement: This is a client-facing role based in Bentonville, Arkansas. We're looking for a sales professional who is already rooted in the Bentonville area—or willing to relocate and build strong local relationships that drive results.
