Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to drive new customer acquisition and expand our B2B client base in North Luzon. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities, while building long-term relationships that contribute to sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively search for and develop new B2B clients to meet and exceed monthly sales targetsInitiate contact via phone, email, or in-person visits to qualify leads and schedule appointmentsUnderstand customer needs and present tailored logistics solutionsPrepare and deliver competitive proposals and bidsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clientsMaintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactionsProvide market feedback and insights to support strategic sales planningDemonstrate flexibility in area coverage and adapt to changing business priorities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent (required)Strong communication and negotiation skillsProven ability to build relationships and close dealsProficient in Microsoft Office toolsWillingness to travel within assigned territoryValid driver’s license and ability to driveAvailability to work flexible hours, up to 5 days per week (Mon to Fri on the Field)Must be based on Pampanga, Bulacan or Tarlac
