This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities, while building long-term relationships that contribute to sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities** + Proactively search for and develop new B2B clients to meet and exceed monthly sales targets + Initiate contact via phone, email, or in-person visits to qualify leads and schedule appointments + Understand customer needs and present tailored logistics solutions + Prepare and deliver competitive proposals and bids + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients + Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions + Provide market feedback and insights to support strategic sales planning + Demonstrate flexibility in area coverage and adapt to changing business priorities **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent (required) + Strong communication and negotiation skills + Proven ability to build relationships and close deals + Proficient in Microsoft Office tools + Willingness to travel within assigned territory + Valid driver’s license and ability to drive + Availability to work flexible hours, up to 5 days per week (Mon to Fri on the Field) + Must be based in Baguio City or Pangasinan **社員タイプ:** 常勤 UPSは、差別、ハラスメント、報復のない職場を提供することにコミットしています。
