Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to oversee a large, complex government account. This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong leadership, hospitality-focused service delivery, and financial accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead revenue growth and ensure profitability for the assigned confidential accountAct as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery and relationship managementOversee daily operations across two service lines: Housekeeping and Maintenance/Handyman ServicesLead, mentor, and support on-site Managers and their teamsManage staffing levels and workforce planning in alignment with seasonal demandsOversee resource planning, scheduling, and operational executionMaintain high standards of service quality with a strong hospitality mindsetDrive client satisfaction, issue resolution, and long-term account retentionOversee financial responsibilities including:Month-end financial processesBudget management and forecastingUnderstanding and oversight of staffing and payroll budgetsEnsure compliance with safety, quality assurance, and government contract requirementsSupport recruitment, onboarding, and training initiativesIdentify opportunities for operational improvement and account growth

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities ManagementExperience managing large on-site teams; multi-site experience is an assetStrong hospitality or service-driven backgroundFrench (Francophone) required, English requiredUnderstanding of technical and operational service deliveryFlexibility to work extended hours during peak operational periods, including occasional weekendsAbility to travel overnight when requiredMust pass a Federal Criminal Background CheckMust have a clean driver’s abstract
