As an ADR, your day-to-day looks like…

Research, educate, and upsell existing business via outbound callsMaintain a high volume of activity focusing on multiple touchpoints, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a consultative environmentRun consultative/effective/professional meetings with existing clientsPosition the best solutions, fragrance, and service plans to upsell and renew contracts for our existing customers Exceed monthly sales goals by strategically maintaining customer information within SalesforceResearch industry trends, new company products, and technologiesAttend ongoing product and fragrance training sessionsParticipate in ongoing consultative, professional sales developmentDrive to individually compete (and win!) while remaining a fantastic team playerThrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachableExceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas and be intensely focused on the consistent execution of proven sales methods

What You Bring to The Team…

1+ years of professional sales experienceProven track record of achievement, preferably selling B2B products or servicesTrained in consultative/value-based sellingTechnically savvy and specifically skilled in CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)4-year degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experienceWorks well with minimal supervision taking initiative to develop personal improvement and career advancement
