This exciting opportunity involves working with a new delivery program in the area. The role focuses on recruiting local businesses to join the delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage prospective businesses, pitch program opportunities, qualify and assist them through the application process, and drive referrals through community organizations. You will also coordinate and execute recruitment events. This position requires travel up to a two-hour driving distance and offers commission opportunities for each partner converted.
ResponsibilitiesVisit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest among prospective businesses.Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process.Lead activity management and maintain the pipeline in Salesforce.Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly.Essential SkillsProven experience in sales and account management.1-2 years in an outbound sales role, preferably door-to-door.Proficiency in using Salesforce.Strong customer service skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsField sales experience is a plus.Prior experience in a role involving sales and/or negotiation with customers is beneficial.Exceptional communication skills.Professionalism and enthusiasm for working with others.A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.Problem-solving capabilities for applicants in the field.Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.Ability to travel up to a four-hour round trip daily.Work EnvironmentThe role requires being in the field four days a week, with one day working from home. Candidates must live in or near specified locations such as Baxter/Brainerd, MN; Duluth, MN; Omaha, NE; Columbus, NE; or Missoula, Kalispell, or Billings, MT.
