Job Description

We are seeking Account Development Executives to launch a new partnership program with local businesses in rural communities. This role involves working with businesses to establish partnerships that will help expand their operations and increase their income.

ResponsibilitiesTravel within an assigned territory four days a week, working remotely when not traveling.Visit prospective businesses door-to-door within targeted towns up to a two-hour driving distance.Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses, generating interest and guiding them through the application and vetting process.Track lead activity and manage pipeline in Salesforce.Support Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns, town hall meetings, and coffee chats.Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly.Maintain and assign leads to the sales team, including prospecting for new leads and managing the flow of incoming leads.Create and maintain sales reports and analyze lead data, including conversion rates and cost of leads.Act as a liaison with other groups in the company to improve sales processes.Essential Skills1-2 years of prior field sales and/or customer service experience, including reporting, lead tracking, and list management.Sales, customer service, outside sales, account management, field sales, field recruitment, and recruiting skills.Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Experience in roles involving sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.Professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a high sense of urgency.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for field applicants.Tech-savvy with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with systems like ACT!, Salesforce.com, or other SFA tools.Online research experience.Ability to be in the market for up to 8 hours daily.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust reside in Kenai, AK, Soldotna, AK, or Sterling, AK.Work Environment

The role involves 4-5 days in the field recruiting for partnerships. Employees are required to travel 4-5 days per week, working Monday to Friday during core business hours, and will return home every night. Reliable transportation is needed. The position offers uncapped commissions, expected to be around $14,000 per year for high performers, a $50 monthly phone bill reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement at 70 cents per mile.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
