The Account Coordinator assists Account Executives (AEs) with overall marketing and promotions coordination efforts. Duties include but are not subjected to: being the liaison between Sales, Production & Promotions departments.

Job Responsibilities:Enter, Review, and Revise Orders & provide Traffic department with instructions and spot(s)Confirm payment and send to Business ManagerPull weekly inventory reports for managementManage preemptions

o Request Inventory updates for Makegood Offer

o Research rating point equivalent

o Offer Makegoods

o Follow through with AE for Makegood approval

o Confirm/Process orders/Makegoods in Wide Orbit, EPort, AE Inbox and Katz Media Group

Request copy points, logos, and/or images, and prizes from client to productionRevenue, Competitive, & Historical Reports in Wide OrbitEnter missing copy through VCreativeCreate PowerPoint Event recaps for clients detailing all elements included. Event Recaps to be delivered in a timely mannerReconcile invoices at the end of the month for those advertisers that require notarized paperwork. Co-op process may include translations of TV and/or Radio creativeResearch paperwork for credit memosSales Back-up when/as needed

Required Skills & Experience:1-year minimum experience in tangible or intangible salesDetail oriented & strong organizations skillsGood Customer ServiceStrong Verbal and written English language communication skillsAble to work in multi-task work environmentComputer skills including Windows 200/XP, PowerPoint, Excel and Word required

Desired Skills & Experience:Fluent in Spanish (read and write)
