**About the Role** Whether it’s a sandwich, a burrito, or groceries, the Uber Eats team builds technology to connect people with what they want, when and where they want it. Our Sales and Account Management teams are on the frontline, introducing restaurant partners to Uber Eats and supporting them as they grow their businesses on the platform. As an Account Coordinator, you’ll support the growth and success of restaurant partners on Uber Eats by working closely with Account Executives. You’ll help build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and assist with day to day account needs. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, eager to learn, passionate about food, and excited to support partnerships that drive mutual success. Your primary focus will be assisting with restaurant onboarding, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring partners are set up for success on the platform. You’ll also help analyze performance, respond to partner inquiries, and support initiatives that help restaurants grow and thrive with Uber Eats. Through collaboration and attention to detail, you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent partner experience and helping Uber Eats expand its restaurant selection. **What you'll do** - Support Account Executives in driving restaurant acquisition and growth across the Uber Eats UK marketplace. - Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new restaurant partners, ensuring accurate setup, documentation, and timely go-live. - Act as a point of contact for day-to-day partner inquiries, resolving basic issues and escalating more complex matters as needed. - Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers to support pipeline management and account reviews. - Analyse partner performance data (e.g. menu availability, conversion, promotions) and surface insights to support growth initiatives. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Support, and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth partner experience. - Assist with sales enablement activities such as pitch materials, presentations, and contract coordination. **What you'll have** - 1–2 years of professional experience in an administrative, sales support, or analytical role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative or related field preferred. - Ideally, you will have experience in the food delivery or hospitality industry, providing a solid understanding of the sector's unique dynamics. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to perform data manipulation, reporting, and basic analysis; working knowledge of SQL for data querying is a distinct advantage. - Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, to effectively manage sales activities and pipelines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, supported by strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills. - A self-motivated, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a sales team.
