Account Associate

The Account Executive will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Verisk Life with a focus on the SuranceBay platform. This role focuses on building trusted relationships with prospects, effectively positioning the value of our solutions, and driving deals through the full sales lifecycle.

Strong understanding of the SuranceBay value proposition and the life insurance distribution ecosystem.Proven success selling SaaS, enterprise solutions, or insurance technology (preferred).Excellent presentation, communication, and executive-level relationship skills.Highly driven, goal-oriented, and able to operate independently.Demonstrated integrity and willingness to escalate risks, misalignment, or exceptions when necessary.3-7 + years SaaS/Insurtech Sales

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new accounts, and follow up on leads generated through marketing activities.Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, understanding business needs and positioning SuranceBay solutions effectively.Manage and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline, coordinating internal resources and support teams to maintain momentum.Provide detailed demonstrations of the SuranceBay Platform and articulate the benefits.Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and pipeline updates using the company’s CRM tools and reporting standards.Collaborate with internal SMEs and consultants to develop proposals, ensuring accuracy in pricing, scope, and compliance with established processes.Present proposals, pricing, and solution recommendations to prospects and stakeholders.Monitor contracting progress with internal legal resources and escalate when support is required.

Performance Metrics

Achievement of annual sales quota and closed won opportunities.Advancement of qualified opportunities to agreed-upon pipeline stages.
