Accommodations/ADA Specialist Consultant
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team focused on providing RPO workforce solutions for our client, a global technology platform. **This is a remote W2 contract position with a duration of 6+ months.** In this role, you will ensure best-in-class workplace accommodations and ADA compliance for employees. You will manage leave of absence issues, address accommodation requests, and act as a liaison among employees, stakeholders, and partners. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage the accommodation process, partnering with HR and leaders to implement solutions based on employee needs. + Oversee the absence and accommodation program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. + Maintain regular communication with stakeholders about accommodation and leave statuses. + Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving employee experiences and operational efficiency. + Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. + Lead complex projects while ensuring accuracy in employee data and vendor interactions. + Advocate for the accommodations process and provide educational support. + Document communications and provide operational reports. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or equivalent + 5 years of comprehensive Accommodations and ADA (Corporate America) + Understanding of ADA and Nero Diversity + Knowledge of federal and state disability laws (ADA, FMLA, etc.). + Strong project management and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations. + Excellent communication skills with all organizational levels. + Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems, preferably Workday. **Organization:** Talent Solutions RPO **Minimum Salary: 60-65** **/hr.** **Incentive (if applicable):** Not Incentive Eligible **Benefits:** ManpowerGroup offers a comprehensive benefits package to include Medical, Dental, Life insurance and Disability for Staff and Consultants, as well as 401K.
