Allied Universal® is hiring a Access Authorization Coordinator. The Access Authorization Coordinator is responsible for assisting the CPNPP Access Authorization / FFD department implement 10 CFR 26 and 10 CFR 73.56 requirements to grant unescorted access to the nuclear facility. Duties include but are not limited to: drug testing collections (breathalyzer and urinalysis), fingerprinting, proctoring psychological exams, validating government issued identification, reviewing Personal History Questionnaires, data entry, and communication with personnel during processing activities. This role ensures that all documentation is completed to meet Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), company, and client requirements. This position requires availability for response during days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Individuals are expected to adhere to and perform all work in accordance with site and client approved safety procedures. Candidate must be able to successfully complete the nuclear clearance process and Fitness for Duty training and remain fit for duty.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer alcohol breathalyzer testing and urine collectionsPerform fingerprinting using an automated system and/or fingerprint cardsProctor psychological examsReview Personal History Questionnaires for potentially disqualifying informationValidate government issued identificationData entry of acquired informationCommunication with personnel during processing activitiesOther in-processing activities as requested by site access / FFD personnelQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent10 CFR 26 Breath Alcohol Technician or Fitness for Duty Collector QualificationMust possess work experience that includes data entry, filing, and record-keepingEffective oral and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office ApplicationsAble to compile, sort, and interpret dataAble to research, investigate, compile informationAble to identify critical issues quickly and accuratelyWrite informatively, clearly, and accuratelyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
Knowledge of and experience with in-processing activitiesExperience working in a fast paced, regulatory work environmentExperience with filing, document control, or customer serviceBENEFITS:
