International Women’s Day has been championing women’s rights since 1911. Yet, many of the challenges faced well over 100 years ago persist today. The fight for gender equality is far from over, and it’s up to all of us to push forward faster, stronger, and with greater impact. At eXPD8, we know that meaningful change happens when we work together, just as we do every day in the retail industry.

Taking Action for a More Inclusive Future

“IWD is an annual reminder of the progress made and progress still to be made. It’s everyone’s responsibility to speak up about injustices, recognise their own biases, and actively work to remove historic barriers to entry to and progression within the workplace.
