**Job Title: Abatement Supervisor** **Job Description** As an Abatement Supervisor, you will oversee, manage, and execute activities on abatement projects to ensure top-notch service delivery and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** + Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. + Supervise and guide abatement workers, providing clear expectations. + Perform abatement processes while maintaining strict quality control. + Identify and mitigate safety hazards to ensure a safe working environment. + Document and maintain detailed job files to support the services provided. + Efficiently manage labor and materials to protect resources. + Communicate effectively with field workers, operations managers, surveyors, estimators, and clients to ensure timely project completion. + Conduct field safety meetings. + Communicate project expectations to work crew members; bilingual skills are advantageous. + Keep an organized file for each project, including correspondence, receipts/invoices, and other crucial documents. + Meet all project deadlines. + Wear a respirator and personal protective equipment as required. + Ensure routine and efficient completion of maintenance tasks. + Collect air samples to confirm that air meets clearance levels. + Oversee asbestos projects, including removal, abatement, and disturbance. + Ensure that workers adhere to company policies and procedures. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 1 year of experience in abatement. + Current Asbestos Supervisor certification. + Strong supervisory and communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hand tool usage + General labor experience + Supervision skills + Construction experience + Carpentry skills + Safety knowledge + Power tool usage + Participate in required industry training, update certifications, and maintain fitness levels as required for the environmental field. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and engaging work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
